For the fifth year, the Illinois Department of Public Health on July 17 will host the Illinois Summit on Antimicrobial Stewardship, to include sessions looking at improving antibiotic use in dental settings, a review of guidelines on antibiotic prophylaxis and implementing antimicrobial stewardship in dental clinics.
